As a photographer, Daniel R. Sparks is a consummate professional. What you also get with Daniel R. Sparks during your session or event is a well-mannered, good-natured, fun personality!

Daniel has photographed events and benefits that I have been involved in on numerous occasions. My most recent event was a birthday party I had thrown and Daniel arrived to shoot pictures of the band and had previously asked my permission to also include some random pictures of the attendees of my birthday party. I, of course, agreed happily, as Daniel had worked with us several times before. The manner in which Daniel presents himself in a very classy dress casual and his repoir among the vast mix of personalities is second to none. He is very aware of his surroundings and captures moments on digital photography that no one is even aware he is capturing.

One of the best characteristics Daniel possesses during a shoot is that he is completely unobtrusive while catching a perfect moment. He has a way of staying in the background, yet his pictures appear as though he was in the forefront. This is very important when there is a function in progress where many people are in one small place with alot of activity happening sometimes all at the same moment. We were free to be who we were and do what we were doing and all the while, Daniel was illustrating with a distant eye all the goings-on of the evening! There is nothing worse than having a photographer being an interruption and that is what is so wonderful about Daniel’s subtle nature to be courteous, yet skilled at performing what he is there to do.

Daniel will also from time to time, join in on the fun and you will see him appear in the crowd, listening to the band, casually conversing with the attendees of an event, light-heartedly joking every once in awhile and generally just getting along very graciously with the subjects of his services he is hired for. It’s really a perfect fit because it also then encourages sometimes camera shy people to open up and show their personality, that he then capitalizes on. He brings fun and an upbeat personality while delivering a professional and unique photographic collection when all is said and done.

I would never hesitate to recommend Daniel R. Sparks for photography work of any kind and often pass his name and credentials to others. To me, one of the best professionals and an all around nice person!
